About Heavy Duty Sewing

Heavy Duty Sewing was born in the 1970s as two women warmed themselves at a woodstove along the shores of Lake Superior and shared their desire to turn their sewing skills and talents into a productive business. The goals and desires discussed that day to create quality products, develop a business with integrity and create a comfortable work environment resulted in a flourishing business: Heavy Duty Sewing.

Today the excellent and talented staff at Heavy Duty Sewing continues those traditions, and remains committed to providing quality products and services on the North Shore.
